Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Customers have 24 hours to cancel the order before we process your order for shipment. A cancellation request must be submitted via email and include the name/date/time and order number to email@example.com. All sales are final if the order isn't cancelled within 24 hours of the purchase. We DO NOT honor any cancelation request beyond the stated 24-hour time frame.

What is your local shipping policy?
While we do offer a local delivery system for those in Westchester County and surrounding areas, we do NOT offer local pick-ups. NO EXCEPTIONS. This service is offered for those looking to purchase by paying upon receipt of items using cash, Zelle or the Cash App. Once the items are in stock, a member of our team will deliver your items to you. To inquire about our local delivery services please contact us at 347-263-6361 for times and availability. If you are local and place your order online, however, it MUST BE shipped.
What is your Domestic shipping policy?
- Our company ships through USPS for both domestic and international orders. Processing time is 2-3 business days from the date the order is placed. Our processing time is in place due to the high volume of orders, the inspection and packaging of your bundles purchased, as well as the time it takes payments to clear on our end. During sales promotions, the processing time may be higher due to the higher volume of orders and restocking of inventory.
International/Canada delivery is 7-10 business days with USPS International Express which is our Standard shipping. Holidays as well as your local weather can affect shipping times. Shipping confirmation and tracking will be made available once your order is shipped. Please note items purchased on business days begin processing after the 24-hour cancellation grace period. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day. International customers please note that USPS no longer has Global Express delivery. This means delivery of your order cannot be guaranteed any sooner than 7 business days. Please be mindful of that if you have an event or appointment.
Is a signature require upon delivery?
A signature is required for all orders in order to prevent fraud. We understand that some of our customers have a different shipping and billing address, so for your protection a signature is required at the time of delivery. Please note that once we ship your purchase, we are not liable for lost or stolen items. Please keep track of your delivery status via the USPS website.
What is your return policy? –
Once we process your order we have a strict NO REFUND policy. An EXCHANGE is ONLY accepted if product is returned in the original state (hair seal unbroken or tampered with, in the original packaging, untreated, unwashed, worn, cut or combed). Due to sanitary and hygiene concerns, we will not EXCHANGE any item not in its original state. Only one exchange is permitted per order and must be done in 7 days of the receipt of your order.
